Although the pandemic and associated legislation has led to the cancellation and/or postponement of so many events (small community Xmas fayres to international renowned festivals), we appreciate that many are making plans for 2021 and beyond, exploring alternative and thinking outside the usual event “box” for solutions     

Whatever your event’s size, type or context never has the old adage “fail to plan, plan to fail” been more apt as event organising is notoriously multi-dimensional especially those planned for the open air of Carmarthenshire! We have prepared a stage by stage set of guidelines to aid you in your event planning, which will give a firm foundation to any organiser.
