Apply for event licences

When planning your event you need to consider whether any of the activities taking place will need to be authorised by a permit or a licence.

Hold an event at one of our outdoor locations

Pembrey Country Park, Festival Fields Llanelli, the Millenium Coastal Path, Llyn Llech Owain Country Park, North Dock, the Burry Port Harbour area and the Pendine Event Space. All of which are suitable for outdoor event spaces for hire.

Submit your event

Closing a road for an event

If you are planning to hold a street party or other similar event you may decide to close the road for safety reasons. Applications need to be submitted at least 8 weeks before.

Our Safety Advisory Group (SAG) can help with advice and guidance. We work in partnership with emergency services and others to ensure the safe delivery of large events.

Significant money can be raised for good causes at event but make sure you have the correct permits in place.
